Cool, I still have my 70 from when I was a kid. Is the 125 CC engine a modded 70 engine or a different engine? It looks like a 70, also is electric start a mod or is that part of the 125 CC engine?
I would like to convert mine electric start.
I've never looked, but is there a atc/trx 70 company out there specializing in this stuff?

Ya it a aftermarket Chinese motor. SSR Lifan pitbike motor. There’s a lot of different motors that bolt right in. Spangler has great parts. His website is just Hondaatc70.com

I have a '86 trx70 I want to do that to but I kinda wanted to put the 125cc cylinder on that bottom bc it has the og 4spd but it may be easier to just swap the entire thing. K5 is coming along great man! I should ls swapped my 70. All the money to get about the same spot performance wise and the machinist decked my matching numbers off anyway :yikes:
