1972 K5 roof rail seal question

I need to replace the roof rail seals above both doors on my K5........these are the ones that have little plastic T style fasteners that hold the rubber seal in place along the roof rail.

after looking at them, it looks like they go right up under the roof along the conners of the winshield frame?..........so do I have unbolt the roof to replace them??

I'm not sure if the the single wall and double wall tops are the same in that area, but my double wall seals stop when they get to the windshield frame. You can replace the window seals by just opening the door.

Thanks for the help brian, I know my top is double wall, and according to LMC Truck........only double wall tops used the plastic T style retainers for holding the roof rail seals in place. I'll have to double check mine.........
