So do I but not through your dash pad to hold plastic cups or 20+ across your tailgate.
I would use 3" screws so they would reach through the dash pad into the steel "skeleton" of the dash...... :ignore:

and don't discount the length of these, the ones I pulled out of the tailgate were a solid 1.5"

Were they being used to fasten stuff on both sides of the tailgate? :rotfl:

yes, in and out.

It was tiring just pulling the ones off the exterior of the tailgate. I still have 40-50 more that I can see, probably more. I noticed some on the bed floor when I was under it the other day. Maybe I should give my ten year old my screw gun and tell her to pull every damn screw out that looks like "this" hahaha
