Anyone paying attention probably seen me post this engine in my chevelle thread and a PAD thread. Well it belongs to this truck. Not the chevelle. That was just a joke.
The specs on it as follows.
Mark 4 BBC, 489.
.30 over wiseco forged, side skirt coated pistons. 10:3 to 1 compression.
Scat I beam rods, stock length.
Scat 4.25 stroker crank.
King bearings.
ARP bolts throughout the whole engine.
Dart Pro 1 24 degree, 310CC rectangle port heads.
Custom ground comp solid roller cam. Lift specs are .680 intake/exhaust, advertised 294 Intake, 302 Exhaust, and 255/264 @50
On a 110.
Comp solid bushed lifters.
Hooker super comp 2 inch, 3.5 collectors headers.
Frostbite electric water pump.
Holly MFPI, with a holley dominator ECU.
Holley TB.
Volcano nitrous Insert spraying a 200 shot.
Volcano nitrous solenoids.
AFR TB spacer.
Ansen valve covers.
Milodon drag racing pan with kickout and full windage tray.
Melling 77 oil pump.
Milodon oil pump baffles.
Milodon crank scraper.
Intake/ head porting, oil pump and oil passage porting.
Holley coil on plug ignition, efi connection cam sync, oil pump drive. Holley crank trigger.
(Coils will be hidden somewhere, can't mess up those fancy 396 vavle covers

Milodon timing cover.
Howards billet cam and crank gear, double roller timing chain set.
Still sorting a few of the last items for the build such as fuel system and some new exhaust. Oil catch cans, front accessories and brackets. And other miscellaneous crap I'm probably forgetting. Still lots of paint, powdercoating and aluminum anodizing to do yet.
Still some more saving to be had. But 99.9% sure this will be slotted in front of a new TKX. And a 9 inch.
Goal is for 650ish hp na, and hoping a 200 shot pushes me up past 850.
