Yea. Others have said I should use a white primer to make the red pop, others say a black primer to add depth, I think I'm just going to do the grey since it seems so many vehicles are done with it. I think it should be ok.
As far as the process goes, I'm leaning towards doing the white and clear one day and red and clear the next. I'm not terribly confident in my ability to get it all done in one day for one thing, and for another, it's probably going to be a little on the cold side next weekend so I will probably have to wait until the heat of the day before I start spraying anyway. I can get the garage warm, but as soon as I turn the fans on and open the doors and windows and get the draft going it will probably cool down pretty quick. So I will want the outside temp to be at least 65 before I start spraying. If the weather looks a lot warmer one day or the other, I will likely just do it all in one day. Otherwise, I think I'll have no choice but to split it up.
