Wow, that is from the factory? Looks all crooked like it was just hit with a sawzall. Looks like Martin's Crusty, actually. lol

Yea I think my big thing is that this is all a hobby. I don't need any of them to be done tomorrow. It's something I do as I can. For fun.
...
The options are endless!

This is the key here. As long as you're having fun there aren't a lot of downsides here. And if you do flip them for profit, all the merrier. :thumb:

That thought has also crossed my mind! Tempting! Other than the additional paint work.

Yes! lol I know how you feel to certain degree. Some how "just make it not look like crap" turns into madness.

Well, you could let it "just look like crap." That's the lazy man's restoration job! :thumb:

:haha:

Yea I just don't know! It's tough to decide! Truth be told there is a part of me that wants to sell the k35, c20, and k10 and get one nicer k10 to daily drive and then just have the burb as my tinker toy while I focus on other stuff over the next few years. But, as I have learned, even the best laid plans stab you in the eye sometimes and really, I don't know if that's really what I want anyway! Good problems to have I guess.

I know you don't frequent the forums much now, but I had a question you might be able to answer. Those four point camping mirrors, how did they attach to the door? Just screwed into the door sheet metal, or was there something inside the door like a backer plate? Do you still have any of the mirrors? The set I have have a slight bend in the lower arms and I was curious if yours did too, or if the ones I have got bent. Thanks!
