I love those plates. They are also the longest run of any license plate Nebraska has used, for some odd reason.

I noticed that when I was researching. They fit this blazer well I think.
Been a while since I’ve updated or done anything.
I got it partially tuned. Runs good and has good power but it’s running out of fuel up top at WOT so I have some new injectors I need to install once I get it back from body shop.
Drove it to work once.
I saw some rust poking through under the top while I was polishing up the top half of the red paint. So I decided to take the top off.
Found this underneath. I was sick to my stomach after finding this.
Also had this behind rear tire.
Replaced drives door hinges.
I’m no body guy. I can do floor pans and I plan to when I get this back. So I dropped her off to get the rust repaired. Still there getting work done. Been there about 6 weeks because they’re so busy.
Getting the drivers quarter fixed and painted and half of the drivers door fixed and painted. Would love to have the whole thing done but I just can’t afford that.

I would like to eventually. That’s a ways down the road at this point. So much to do just to make it drivable still. This thing is a money pit lol.
What brand hinges did you buy and how did they work? I bought some for the 74 K10, they fit like crap so I chucked them and rebuilt the originals instead.
I worded that wrong. I just put new bushings/pins in the original hinges.
Whats your lift setup? I saw 2” TC up front what do you have in the rear? Saw a zero-rate, but 2” spring out back as well?
Yep 2”TC springs up front. Rear has a thicker overload spring that I’m not sure if it is factory or not being it is a Trailering Special and it sat higher in the rear to begin with. So I just added a zero rate in the rear to see how it sits. I still have to put all the interior and spare tire in it. So we’ll see how it looks after all the added weight.
They work fast.

Yeah for sure once they got to it. Tuesday will be 7 weeks it’s been there.
