Power looks like it comes in on the 16BRN circuit lower right of the pic to the selector switch. that splices with 16YEL and goes to the resistor. there's power for auto/low coming from the selector switch 16BRN/WHT to the blower switch. all speeds except high go through the NC side of the relay and when switched to high the relay switches to send straight battery power from the firewall junction block.
