Yep. My 78 K5 has a Dana 44, but my 78 3/4 ton has a FF14bolt, and a 8 lug 10bolt. go figure
The 10b/44 choice was wholly dependent by assembly plant and when they ran out of 44’s.

Got a decent snow storm finally. Took the Blazer out around the neighborhood to give me an excuse to test out 4x4 with some urban snow wheeling. Lots of ice underneath the snow. Got a little stuck for a minute (2nd & 3rd photo). Was pretty fun messing around in it.

Opinions wanted. Do I put the stock grille on, park lights, get some non padded bumpers and bumper guards and paint the headlight buckets argent or leave the 73/74 grille setup? Been thinking of going back lately for the more correct look even though the 73/74 looks the best.

I would leave it. I've always like the engine badge on the grill and having a 73 myself, that style has become my preferred.
I've never liked the padded bumper on your truck. Always looked out of place to me. The grill looks good IMO.
The padded bumpers didn’t used to bother me but I think it’s time to get rid of them. I have a set of bumper guards already too.
I don't think you need to change a thing but if you do change something, I'd just change the bumper to a chrome one. Leave the early grill, they are the best.

I'd leave it as is. Your front and rear bumpers match and the grill you have looks cool.
