1979 K30 Pile of Hillbilly Crap.

Pretty sure we were always above the Mason Dixon. We's Yankees!

Came across this T-shirt up in Munising last year. You've heard of Southern pride? This is Northern pride. The caption reads "800 MILES NORTH OF DIXIE."

Just in case you ever wondered where you were in relation to "the line." :haha:

Nebraska was not a state till after the War Of Northern Aggression.

We are not Yankees.

Your first statement is true. But the second one is harder to support. Nebraska sent its few troops to support Lincoln's side of the fight. And I can't recall any stories of the territory sympathizing with the confederate states. Sounds Yankeeish to me. :dunno:

Kansas got to support both sides, but sent vastly more soldiers to the Northern side than the Southern side.

If you want something that sounds like it takes one side or the other, read into why Lincoln Nebraska is now named Lincoln instead of Lancaster.

Looks like a very fun truck you've got there! Definitely digging the headliner and the grille guard paint!!! What brand tool box is that aft of the rear axle? I am looking for one that size. Thanks!

My Great Great Great Grandfather fought with the MSM on the Union side, so by Yankees I meant my family. Of course we were kicked out of Huntington Indiana for counterfeiting, horse thieving and running a house of gentlemen entertainment (if you know what I mean). Before that we came from Virgina and Kentucky so we could have owned slaves at some point who knows.

Of course we have been in Nebraska since 1849 so that was far earlier than the war of northern aggression. Back when it was Indian territory.

i think he was referencing the heater hose that popped on my k5 in tuttle creek. its from a pepsi pop machine im pretty sure.
