Are you getting new rotors? the ones you have look like crap.
napa sell them too?? yep im staying with stock steering til winter time, same with rear springs, etc. the rotors looks good, just looks like crap in the picture, am getting 4 new rotors tho. but for now just rear ones then front while its on the truck.
 
update..

not to much done.. need to get front u bolt and am waitin on heavy duty shackles for the front.. i cleaned up the d 44, primed and painted.. will do outer parts when its on the truck and at my friends shop. pile of scrap that keeps piling up.. and springs that will be on the front, superlift softride, 6 inches.

last pic.. i really like the way my silverado looked in the pic so i added her too.. look how deep the snow was. that was in the mountain with no plowed roads for abt 4 or 5 miles.

Update...

got the front axle in, springs, and beefy shackle. am waitin for u bolt, probably will get them this week then put the tires on.. finally. and i ordered the rear adaptor for disc brakes. should be here this week i hope. cant wait to drive her again... im in a hurry to get my truck on the road since my saturn is at the shop.. been there for a month and havent started working on it.. im betting its gonna be abt the whole summer to get her back... so need my truck for work transporation.. since my finacee needs a car shes gonna use my 03 silverado..

any of you guys know if my front driveshaft and rear driveshaft will work with 6 inch lift and shackle flip in the rear? let me know.. thanks

so far its only 1 month.. maybe a little more but less than 2 months!

tom, u will be happy with the shackle flip, i love it already! and i havent even drove her yet!
 
i wouldn't mind havind a short bed 2wd pickup, i think it would be neat... and do burnouts too...

no i got it from a friend that his project fell thru. and it didnt have the name or tag on it so i dunno what its from..
 
finally got the u bolt from a place near my work made.. came home abt 4 pm i put the u bolt on, tighten them up. not to set it first i got to take care of everything like angle for driveshaft just in case n etc before i set it tight. put the tires on.. and new rear brake line. now im waiting for the adaptor for the rear brake to arrive so i can put the tires on.. dang my list is getting shorter everyday.. :laugh:

most likely it will be on the road. but as of summer crawl.. its still in a debate. since i think the front driveshaft wont work too good.. got to modify it or something cause it looks like if i drop the pass side axle, my shafts gonna meet h*ll
