they are on the truck now, tomorrow axle shaft is coming back with universal joints, and its all going back together tmrw..

Oh, I like them. That will have to be a update soon for my truck.

Looks like a good build. Steady as she goes. Keep up the good work!

got the SRW hub, brake bracket to run 1/2-3/4 ton calipers on a D60, thanks muddybuddy (james)

I've been looking everywhere for those brackets. Who the heck makes them? If I get those, then I can keep the 1/2 ton calipers I already have. And is that a D60 hub?

I kept thinking I will need some HD 3/4 ton calipers and make some custom brackets but I rather just stop hunting around, it's all becoming a PITA.

yep they are the D60 hubs. and i dont know who makes them,i bought it off muddybuddy, i think theres some on ebay tho. i dont know what to look up.

worked on the gmc today, put the front axle back together, and i decided to run 1 ton calipers instead of 1/2-3/4 ton calipers. gotta add the d60 caliper to my list, and buy studs for the rotor n hub to get together so i can put those on, hopefully tomorrow, then im done for now... my lady say she feels like the baby is gonna be very soon... wish me luck...

Why the switch to D60 calipers? All you need now are some 3/4 ton rotors from a junkyard then you're done. Be careful about spending more money than you need especially with the baby coming real soon.

yeah im having a hard time to put on the bracket. cause when i look at it being on, it doesnt seem to have enough room to have the rotor on. behind the spindle, it has room. so im confused with this part...

i like the new rims better, they will be my street tire/rims. i still need to find steel rims and off road tires for the trails.

They are your rims now. What size tires you want to run? 37? 38?

Lookin good!

Don't forget to reinforce the steering box! otherwise your first trip out might suck.
