Finished a 55 hour work week at work, and worked and I'm 12 hours into the truck this week. I'm not stopping tonight until I'm running it down the road pissing the neighbors off.

Mine clicks of the fluid level is too low.

Stay at it man, you will get it! Also check your hub isn't accidentally locked, one of mine halfways lock on its own and makes a slight ratcheting sound on the road.

Hubs are unlocked put about 2.5 quarts in the case.

It needs way more like 6 quarts.. At least mine did when I drained it for the clutch swap.
