Burnouts and speed, first time out in almost 2 weeks. Finally got the speedo to work. It's 5 mph off and lags a little.

Got to watch it. SHift points are where they should be for a factory engine. Higher and there is no TQ. The first shift and second drop is the tires hooking. Peak TQ on factory is about 5k, and shifting into the curve is what you want. Revving past would slow the rig down as HP and TQ are falling fast.

I should add. Pressure has already been firmed some, along with other small changes. I would not use a totally stock tune on a conversion and expect it to work....

Thanks for the update Josh, watching the video would you see any benefit to changing anything on the trans? Next time you are in town I would love for you to put a little more magic on this if possible.

Guess I hit this cattle guard going way to fast.... ripped the diamond plate.

I really need new rear suspension.

That make the fuel tanks go away

58" 2002 ford springs FTW

That was one of my options but the thought of more fuel and more protection opened up a lot more.

Pretty standard recipe, no?

I was thinking you had moved to 63s. Must have just been one of the ideas floating around the thread.

Yes but with the coil overs it really is disappointing when the front is so smooth. I have a set of 64's just piecing it together on the side of the house.

Haha, must retain bed space for overland...

Dude, how fast were you going... Babaganuked...
45-50... :haha: I think it was a little loose so that didn't help the fact. I'll add some 3/16 plate and really beef the mount up with some better hardware sense I'm not going to loose the box.
