Wrong stuffSo, TIG weld it
Chuck all the aluminum stuff, save the planetary, buy a Magnum box, and add a manly transfer caseYes but when I Babaganuke it how do I fix it?
But if it was low why would it only do it on deceleration and not all the time?I have a huge impact that will do it, but I'm going to call a local diff shop so I don't screw this one up again.Ring and pinion are probably ok, and you have the absolute easiest diff to fix this on. Pull the pinion carrier and put new bearings/crush sleeve in it and it'll run a long time. Crushing a new crush sleeve takes a LOT of torque, FYI.

It's the newer 10.5 AAM 14b with discs.I thought you had a semi float 14b? Do those use a crush sleeve as well.
Right stuff is the way to go. Clean the old sealant off, rough up the two surfaces, clean with lacquer thinner really well, put the two halfs together and just snug the bolts up, wait 24+ hours, torque all bolts, install and fill.
