How often are you going to be able to work on it now? Or maybe I should ask....is this your home or the old place lol

My sister was nice enough to loan me half her garage, it's 5 mins away. Which is why the kind of scary trailer setup was ok. I should be able to work on it as much as I want, I have the garage code and help when I need it.

The only downfall is I might have to run back and forth for tools or parts. :doah:

You should not paint your truck.

I'd love to see it with 18 different colors rippin the dunes :D

They have been saying for months I should move it over.

Oh yes, when they can afford it. Her car needs a window regulator and her fiance needs a power steering hose and a tune up. :thumb:

It works out fine, I helped build the patio, moved them in and all kinds of stuff. What comes around goes around eventually.

Urban redneck camo? :haha: The hood is also primer black, and I may swap out the tailgate for a different chevy lettering.

I wonder what people would say having it look like a rainbow just tearing chit up. :pimp:

Got to cleaning the driveway, think I found about 20 dollars of hardware.

Anybody have any tips for cleaning this mess?

I guess a part of Wade never left. :haha:

I used some of ZEP concrete flash and pushed it around with a hard push broom and all it did was lightening it up. Some of these stains have been here for 20 years+

the 72beetle I moved right before the truck.

If I used a bigger tow vehicle they would authorize it on their website. I figured all the weight missing it would be fine. It really didn't have any trouble.

Not even kidding. Ill get a pic next summer if the guy hasn't painted it yet.
But ther is a guy with an 80s longbed at the dunes with a bunch of different panels on it, different colors. But a really nice drivetrain. 383 and he really has it rippin.

I just really like it because you look at it and think, wtf, that trucks 5 different colors..

Then I drag raced him and he WHOOPED my A$$ :haha:

362 days until BB14. Stop typing and start wrenching.

You have my word, if I don't make it with my truck then I'm wheelin the Malibu.

Cut and shaped the passenger side hitch mount plate today, maybe tomorrow I'll do the other side.

Sense it's low on space, can I just put 2 inch dom tube and weld it directly to the square receiver portion on both sides?

Thanks y5, I sure hope so. Even today it was much nicer working in shade.
