You are hilarious Mitch. I would like to purchase a fish tank though, it was enjoyable watching them time to time.

So I need to add some reinforment to the frame brackets the links bolt to.

I was thinking about making a big skid plate that ties into the trans cross member and fills that gap between the link brackets and frame on the bottom.

I'll have to draw it up but want to know if this is a good idea or not. Even cycling the suspension causes the brackets to twist the frame. Stephen at Ord said he would brace it and had this problem on the burb they built.

Yes it does but even then it twists the frame. It is just a weak area. I figured a sheet of steel with some speed holes should fit it.

That is a option, but wonder how friendly it will be with the driveshaft. I'll be over tonight and
Will take a look.

I bought it to weld but with something with strucual integrity I didn't want t to learn on.

I have filled in some drilled holes and want to do some body work with it.

Ask at your welding supply store. Our local one has a 2 night 4 hour free class for newbies. I have sent a couple of friends there.
