Hoping to change that soon, I left off welding decent picked it up today and it took me two hours to get back where I was before.

Didn't want to update this thread without a real update, but this was to cool not to pass up. My Mom found the original receipt when they first bought the truck in 1991.

That is the cost of one of my Kings :haha: Not bad for a running driving truck (barely)

damn that's cool

also, I see the makings of an elephant at the bottom. Or maybe something was in the chow mein

I was just thinking about this the other day when he was all like, "my truck should be done by then" and thought to myself, really? Do you have elves building it for you or something? Truck basically hasnt been touched in a couple months!

I can show up with a trailer. Strip the suspension and engine, leave the rest as a driveway anti fly away stabilizer.

Sadly you guys are correct on not touching it. I think the last time I did anything to it was the weekend before Moab.

I sold my car and have been borrowing the gf's car to get to work. I feel bad for taking it on the weekends. Once I get a set of wheels I'll be back on it, came up with what needs to be done soon and have a secret weapon planned.

Next up is a pan hard bar, do you guys think I'll get bump steer with the pqnhard bar being at most 4 inches shorter then the drag link? A new bracket is only 50 bucks but that's 50 towards my secret weapon. I have to call Ord for a new pan hard bar anyway so maybe a new mount isn't so bad?

Sorry for the lack of updates guys, it is starting to bother me a bit I can't drive it. But being patient will pay off.
