If anyone can get something done quick, it's Shawn! Baba, I'm sure you know this but, his time is valuable. Please do everything you can to make maximum use of his time. And ensure that he does not resent helping you! If something is happening where you are just watching him do something, you are doing it wrong! If he is doing something you can't directly help with, make sure you are NOT standing around! Grab a broom and start cleaning up, grab engine components and start cleaning them up, start organizing your nuts and bolts, anything to be doing something while he is doing something. And also, almost most importantly, anticipate his next move and get set up for it. Good luck! Don't underestimate the value of the help of Shawn!
