I lathered her up with the finest sun tan lotion cause who knows how long it has been.
The 4 hour comment was priceless knowing I pushed it out and yes it excited me to know other end to finally see this turn out.

Looks great! Im curious tho, did you put the 56's in backwards to push the rear end back? Looks like its way rear of the fender opening. Was that intentional?
Thanks Mitch, yes the springs were flipped and we removed 2 leafs to center the axle. With the spring perch and ubolt plate it has 3 settings to play with, We put it in the center, I'm guessing we need to place it forward and that will cure it hopefully or be close enough.

Well if it doesnt work out, you could always just flip the springs back the oter way and ten move the axle to a rear hole in the perch which should probably put it dead center in the opening. I know a lot of guys experience the axle being a bit forward after a shackle flip and end up doing a zero rate to move the axle back an inch. On way or another, you will be able to get it centered, or as centered as you want it. Looks like your plan is to have it driveable by the end of the month! That is awful ambitious! But also doable!

56s with 26" forward, then use zero rate to move back 1.5". My sh** is centered and juuuuuuuuuust barely clears the front of the fender with 38s. I only had to trim the back, but that's cause 38 is ~1" wider than the opening
How many leafs are in your pack? we took 2 out of mine and it is SOFT.
I can put my hand on the bumper and get like 2 inches out with a decent push.Thanks dude.

Your probably about right with the pack you made. That's around what a light duty half ton would have.
With no shocks I'm sure it isn't helping much.
With cage in mine, when i filled the shocks with 200 psi of nitrogen, it raised the rear 3/4". Just an fyi.
7 leaf plus overload. Either way, the center pin is 26" from the front regardless of tonnage.
Are you going to run a coil over in the rear? Like a hybrid leaf/ coil over set up? Or just massive shocks.
