Shawn knows how to make a girl feel special, he assures we got plenty of time and told me to calm down.:haha:

As long as I can keep the keys away from him we should be good to go.

Every year, BlazerBash is a huge source of stress and financial jeopardy for attendees.

Like so many people, I decided to do a bunch of major upgrades just before the event... Front D60, high steer crossover, new 38s, 14BFF with Detroit locker, etc, etc.

Everything was going great in the run-up to Moab, and then 3 weeks before the event my motor had to be completely torn-down and rebuilt. LOTS of time and lots of money later, it was installed and running.

I remember cutting my rear fenders literally MINUTES before I had to be on the road heading out of town... The front crossover was only hours old.... And I think the rear 4.10s had just been installed that morning. :doah: it was a thrashfest...

I learned that there is a big difference between "optional" tasks and "required" tasks. The truck that I wanted to bring to Moab (complete and sorted) didn't happen... Take a HARD and objective look at your remaining task list, and jettison anything that isn't 100% required to get you safely onto the trails, and apply your remaining hours wisely. :waytogo:

I've had to do this. My biggest thing right now is getting the spare tire out of the cab. It isn't safe in there with us, even tied down. This weekend we're working on the rear bumper to make that happen.

Like I said Ben, bring the truck no matter what, I'll drag it around all weekend if you don't get it running. Haha!

God d@mn, when is this thing going to run???

Edit: I feel like you shouldn't be allowed to post until there is a video.
I am tried of my email coming across my phone with a thread response, only to be let down by some useless crap....( A.K.A. No video)

Thanks guys, it feels great such a accomplishment.
Didnt get to test the trans to many things to check out.
