hey Ben, do you know if I can re-calibrate the throttle pedal with a SnapOn handheld? I want it to re-learn idle and WOT positions. Also, it feels like I'm in 2nd gear by the time I hit 5mph. Stupid hang ups, glad it's 2wd and doesn't need to make BB16 :D

Hmmm maybe, depends on the scanner, some you can only do basic stuff. Do you have a model number?

Bring it over and I'll do it with the GM Tech 2 :D

nope, it's at my driveline guy's shop. He would let me use it though. It's like the size of a tissue box, 11 x 6 x 2 abouts. dammit lol.

OHH it re-calibrated my crank sensor before, following the steps it told me to do while plugged in.

Not a lot of pictures that have been posted. Here is one from today, dropped the pan and was working magic with the multi meter through all the wiring and solenoids.

You should pull it out and light it on fire. Trans oil is smokey. So when you going nv4500 those don't have any solenoids to go bad.

If I do that then I have no reason for a auto and will do a manual trans swap.

Trans builder said pull it out and he will charge me $100 to fix it.

Trans is coming out tomorrow, will give me a excuse to do other things I didn't get to before. So it really isn't such a bad thing after all.
