On my way, tahoe is loaded up, have a change of work clothes in the back, a monster energy drink and a breakfast burrito.

Ok I talked to my new builder, he mentioned the wiring harness was messed up and the mixed year parts.
What I didn't know whaa half a shift kit was installed, the filter like plug wasn't installed on the pump which regulates fluid and half the trans wasn't getting lubrication.
The beast sun shell didn't have the correct washer on it either and it had play between the fingers.
I talked to him about my cooler and he suggested then 50 dollars to replace it is better then flushing it which I agree.
Needles to say my old trans was a ticking time bomb and it was a basket case.

Good to know there was internal issues. And makes you feel better that this one knows what he is doing.
Yes it does, I wish he was closer but he is close to my family I don't get to see to much.

So, I guess I found some place NOT to take transmission problems here.
I think factory would be fine but aftermarket stuff and a old school dealership tech doesn't mix, oh well I'm not mad at him.
