Beast Sunshell has been having problems over last year or so from what I hear and breaking from my builder. He no longer uses them.

Maybe I'm getting cornfused, but I thought that the tranny didn't break until after the axle issue was resolved.
Axle locked may have caused the trans problem.

But if it continued running afterwards, can it really be as simple as that?
The only way it ran was 1st gear and reverse. Out of all these trans problems those gears all ways work.

If wondered the same thing. He pulled the gov-lock out but I didn't see any damage that would indicate stopping the ring and pinion. But I don't know.
I figured that the gov-loc would cause problems when differential action is happening between axles.
