Why not just crawl under the truck and spin the shaft. If the t-case is in neutral and hubs are unlocked he can turn the shaft by hand. Even with drag the shaft won't turn fast enough at speed to cause vibration.Do you have a way of verifying that the shaft(s) are not turning? You could well have a lockout stuck in the locked position. But the shaft should not be turning if all 3 ends are disconnected. That would be overly magical.
If you can round up a spotter that would help eliminate this possibility.

What's you caster angle set at? I'm wondering if that is affecting it? Mine is set at 4, does anyone know what factory was?I have a 1350 CV in the front and it runs fine at 65+. One of my goals was being able to run highway speed in 4wd.
I like to get as close to 7 as possible. There really isn't much down side to much caster. More caster, heavier the steering, but that heaviness is also what keeps it straight and returns wheel to center
