Double check your u joints. I've had them starting to bind up and cause a lot of noise from the tcase chain.
They should be good, was new when the truck was built and on the road, should be free, but just because I may slap some grease in it.

It only makes noise when I let off the gas, on it is fine, let off and it makes noise, if I gradually let off it is fine.

The bearing looked better than the first one. The one in the first kit look like sealed bearing in the picture.

This is a combination of MAW, the Domino effect and probably the butterfly effect. The newly coined "blazergasm" will be in full effect when it's finally road trustworthy instead of just road worthy. I would try my hardest to make BB18 if this rig was there. It's not the most built, or most detailed, but I do feel it's got more tears and dedication into it than 75% of the builds combined.

Thank you so much, my plan is to make every Blazer bash and especially the anniversary year. I really appreciate your kind words.

So what's everyone's favorite sealant to use on a tcase? I was thinking right stuff rtv or anaerobic sealer.

I'll be pulling it Monday for inspection.
