New is always better, didn't have the box and I planned on putting new parts in and wanted to change out parts if they were better or keep them for spares.

Only 1 I would even consider and I probably wouldn't own it. That being said for what they are it's a great vehicle and really good bang for your buck.

No VSS in the 208. Aren't you using the VSS to supply signal to the EXAM?

Yes but I have a adapter for it I found in my box of stuff.
