If I'm going to do the tcase I also need to redo the trans and the rear diff. I just would prefer to run those nice bellows and be done with it.
You can run the bellows, at the end of 4th of hose up on the firewall where it’s supposed to be
I thought the point of them was that they didn't need hose and could just be added onto the barb?
Went and did a little trail up on top of a mtn today.
Any reason to not run the bellows at the vent tube?
I haven’t done any research on the subject, but I wouldn’t think there is enough volume. I want my stuff to breathe freely.
See I was always under the impression you could just clamp it to the breather tube and not have to run lines everywhere.
That is the intended use.
I guess I look at the fluid expansion of a trans/t case a little differently than I do a differential.
Doing some research I think it's best to not use them and just run standard vent tubes. Now here is the deal, should I y it to the trans or run a separate vent? I'm concerned about the tcase puking and maybe filling up the trans?

That was exactly my thoughts, was just talking out loud.
Vented the tcase, rewelded the exhaust mount, raised the coilovers back up, mounted a lighted flag.

Re routed it and still blowing out... This thing hates me.
Only been filling it up to the fill plug and letting it come out until it stops. But who knows.
First road trip break...
Lost a driver's rear shackle nut off the shackle flip, the bottom nut was finger tight. Pretty sure it's getting the bottom nut tightened and zip ties holding it together for the 3 hours home.

It's getting it's butt kicked out here. The alternator wasn't charging because the belt came off. I got parts and putting it back together. I think my heavy right foot blew the belt off, it hit rev limiter a few times.
