Are you running the front one backwards so its not fighting against the air flow already there?

I agree, it should help assist, but that doesn't mean it is if it blocks any flow being mounted in there. Those other fans are 4000 CFM.

I would also cut off those tabs that stick out on the bracket, they are just creating turbulence and reducing flow.

With the large gap you have between the two coolers, it may like the extra fan as the large fans could pull it around the trans cooler and not through it.

Didn't even think about those tabs, the fan will hold a sheet of paper to the grill when on. It pulls a lot through it. Eventually a condensor will go in the middle.

I have my derale mounted the exact same way and direction, not sure there is room to flip it around to be a puller, but I also have a condenser behind it. Seems to work great and do its job just the way it is for me.
I believe derale states you can take it apart and flip the blades.

I can think of all sorts of stuff I'd be mounting on that blank canvas.

You've probably already answered this, but do you not have a heater/defrost now?

I blew the heater core apart in 2020 at the dunes, apparently going on and off the throttle will chuck a belt... I'm weird, I don't like things mounted in plane site.

Eventually it will get a vintage air kit, probably with tax return money.

Went to hook my fuel level up, getting nothing out of a ohm meter even 6 inches of wire off the connector on the tank. Not sure what it could be? Also not going to drop the tank before moab...

Is the sending unit grounded?

I'm pretty sure it is, I see a ground coming off it attached to the frame. It's a 87 sending unit.
Yeah if you have one ohm meter lead on ground and the other on the sender wire, you should be seeing somewhere between 0 and 90 ohms depending on fuel level. If it’s open, I’d say the wire fell off inside or the wiper is broken.
