Hunington, also forgot to add now I have no brake lightsGrats what city in Kommiefornia?

Yes sir, right near Main Street. When I required the truck I put a weather pack connector there, I had issues with them coming loose so I’ll just butt joint them then when I get home put a quality connector in.Huntington Beach? Surf City?
Not good on the brake lights.
Remember the signal goes through the turn signal switch

Stock TBI sender with EFI tank, in tank fuel pump. If I keep on the gas it will run but fuel pressure is inconsistent.I wouldn't think that the size of the sock is the problem. Is the pick-up close enough to the bottom of the tank? Maybe the tank and pick-up tube don't match closely enough for the fuel flow that you have to keep it from cavitation at that fuel level.
Do you have an EFI tank with the sump in it?
Is it the walbro sock? I have the exact same setup and it works at least to about E, I haven't ran it all the way out, don't want the pump dry.Anybody have any idea why the fuel pump won't pick up fuel when it gets to 7 gallons left? I think the sock isn't big enough...
In other words, rear end is coming out right now and i'm working on a quote from ron davis.
Yes TBI tank, I believe I used to walbro sock, I got it with this kit.Is it the walbro sock? I have the exact same setup and it works at least to about E, I haven't ran it all the way out, don't want the pump dry.
Do you have the TBI tank with the little pan inside that's about 5 or 6" tall?
Is air allowed to enter the tank? You don't have a vacuum in the tank do you? IF so the problem would go away with the cap off, but unlikely with that pump, it seems to implode tanks in, ha ha.
That setup should work flawlessly. If not, something is not functioning as intended.

Tank is vented through this, with about 3 feet of loop. Which brings me up something, it likes to spit out a little.... hints all the crap along the body and frame in the above pictures.

I can dig it up but I’m pretty sure it’s on correctly. Fuel cap does nothing doesn’t hiss.I have never had my fuel vent line spit out anything. Are you sure you didn't cross the return and vent lines? The return goes all the way to the very bottom. The vent line has that bulbous looking thing on it. I think you had a picture of it and it was correct, but can you find that pic to double check?
When the issue arises, what happens if you take the fuel cap off?
