I've had more trouble with fabricated aluminum radiators, granted not the high dollar stuff but sub $1,000 units. Haven't had any failures of the plastic tanked radiators.

Yes, but the rows are like an inch wide instead of half an inch. It cools as well or better than my 4 row copper brass old school one.

This is what I bought. And paid that price.
When i got it, the murray sticker was loose and i pulled it off. Underneath was the reach sticker. I looked it up and it was a hundred bucks cheaper!

I like to buy the universal all aluminum radiators that do not have a trans cooler in them, I find them to be less expensive and more reliable than heating trans fluid inside the coolant. Northern Radiator makes many in the USA, I can also get them now. I have one in my truck that's over 20 years old, still going.

I used to get Northern all aluminum radiators for my 7.3L and 6.0L Powerstroke utility trucks from Napa.
I have the CU730 in the C10 with Windstar fans and it's never seen temps over 185°. Even running the AC on 100° summer days. Except for the time the belt came off. Even then it only got to 210° after sitting in a drive through for several minutes before I realized there was a problem. I also have high flow pump and thermostat.
Before that I had a Champion radiator that leaked. Replaced that with the CU730 which was cheaper than shipping the Champion radiator back to be repaired.

Cu730 with Tejas fan shroud and Spal fans. 
Summit says not available, but rock auto shows the cu730 for 159 bucks. Cant beat that.
