If this thing wasn’t a fight I could get a lot more done… took a hour and a half just to update some firmware.
I’m still wondering why I went with a $2000 efi system when a simple carb and $600 trans controller would have worked just fine.
Because carbs are only for lawn equipment.
Got the daily hooked to a trailer, moving this thing tomorrow. Need to be out of the house by the end of the weekend. Luckily work is slow this week.
Unless you are speeding across bumps or just idling on an incline, or the weather changes, or the altitute changes.
Carbs are amazing pieces of engineering and I can rebuid a Holley with my eyes closed (probably not literally), but I am over them, EFI is awesome.
It was sarcasm. Having an engine stall while you are on a cliff face at a 30* angle and losing all braking and steering ability will make you want efi real quick.

I have 4 hitches for the 4 different trailers I have
I have a half dozen of those too, then I bought an adjustable with two different ball sizes. Also has a gauge to measure tongue weight.
It needs one, didn’t realize it would until it was to late.
Yeah I have 2" and 2 5/16" in 2 different heights that I use, I also have 5 more for other trucks I used before.
I just haven't found an adjustable that I like.

They may be a little nutty. There was a vid out there somewhere. Dude pulls out onto a shooting range and actually starts shooting the hitch w/ a rifle. it was indeed bulletproof. The nutty part was he had his truck and trailer out there still attached while shooting.. lol
