Doesn't sound awesome, but at least you've got a plan.

Neighbor across the street has tried and failed to rent his house...

I see a lot of rentals, I wouldn’t think they would be that hard as long as you are in range. I’m paying $2100 but that’s in Gilbert.

we're getting 2k for 3 bedroom, 2b,1500 sqft, 3 car, 1 extra deep (38') garage 10k lot here in Havasu. Have priced a little low, young couple good, tenants. Want them to stay. It is amazing the stories and poor credit reports some of the people had that applied to rent it. Don't want to go through that for a while.

I’m not sure I agree with the credit thing…..I have zero credit cards, zero loans, never have. Don’t really even have a credit score….I’ve been renting since 2007 and have never been late or missed a payment. All of my landlords have said that they were sorry to see me leave because I fixed everything and never asked for anything. I get that credit can be an indicator of someone’s ability to pay but that is not always the case.

Unfortunately you are one of the rare, old school types. Even though you aren't old.
Honesty comes into the picture, too.

Not having credit history at all would be different. The folks I am referring to had plenty of history, all of it bad.

Very true…..

I remember when I went to buy my four wheeler Polaris was running zero percent financing so I figured I’d finance it and keep my money in pocket. Guy at the dealer says I’m sorry but you don’t have enough credit history….pulled cash out and I said “that’s okay I’ll just do this”

Slowly chipping away, stress is turning into aggravation and I can only get so much done before it pisses me off. :rotfl:

Starter is in, flex plate bolted to converter and a few sensors in. Back started to spasm as I was getting some of the back sensors hooked up along with routing the harness so I stopped then it got dark.

List of things to do before start in no order.

Drivers header
Exhaust y pipe
Drivers coils
Drivers plug wires
Crank bolt
Upper and lower hoses
Intercooler and piping
Radiator
Trans cooler
Core support
Oil
Coolant
Harness ground to heads (lost 1 bolt)
Load a base tune
Tighten fuel line
Vac reference for blow off valve and fuel regulator

Well crap put the core support on and the intercooler won’t fit and I do t have the correct piping and hose bends to plumb the supercharger to the throttle body.

About ready to run dryer duct. :rotfl:
