We talked about getting that but I would be spraying every stop light… not a lot of places local that fill it anymore which is why I didn’t.

For all the 4l60e haters this was 6 years ago I got the trans that’s still in the truck.
It could be done yes, but in my opinion not worth it.
I'm pretty sure he was joking since you would have 4 reverse gears and one low forward gear.

Started her up again to pump some fluids through her. She took a slight bit longer to fire but roared to life. The lady liked the sound but said she needed help in beauty, I replied I want to but it’s going to be about 20-30k to get it to where I want. Add another truck to that budget and it’s almost 50k 
This thread make me sad, used to make me happy. Lack of time or space is a real project killer.
I keep going back and forth on getting the supercharger to work or going turbo. I have the supercharger so I might as well make that work is my thoughts but I think the turbo would be somewhat easier.

It depends on if you would rather build custom exhaust hot side with waste gate or hook up a belt, which one is easier?
Usually the belt, plus no lag.
I think the turbo may have more potential depending on what model, but they make bigger superchargers too.
Its preference, i think they both have advantages.
Turbo can be quieter easier.

Whats funny is that's the power level I want.
Shameless plug but I run their kit on my tundra and it's a blast. Kit dropped right in and their support is fantastic.
I don't know if your SC is one of them. But one of the manufacturers makes a reversing kit so you can make them work in any config.
It's something in the actual SC gear box.

I called vortech and they said it would be easier to just buy a different one.
Maybe I'll do some research and see why
So I'm currently in the planning stages of getting the supercharger back on, I'm going to need to make a new bracket. Thinking of maybe trying to draw it up in CAD and send it to send cut send.

All of the programs I have used cost quite a bit, not much help on a free one.
Progecad would work for a very basic design. Post up what you need for a bracket. Start with a rough sketch and we can go from there.
