Very similar, not sure.No not stain, I am used to stain and poly for interior furniture and trim etc in my wood shop, but there is an oil I put on the boat ski deck that is teak oil or something that you are supposed to apply, wait 10 - 15 minutes, and then wipe off before it dries, and then do that 2 - 4 times to build it up. It specifically says on the can to not let it dry completely. His sounded similar but I don't know what he used.
That is the plan, hopefully before dinos I can get it done. I mean it will be close for moab but I'm not going to rush everything.As Freiburger would say.

Good point, maybe it's just the picture as well.It might be that way because it'll squash down some when the material is stretched over it.
