This is probably not what you’re looking for, but I fabbed a tie down out of scrap for my large second battery, and put a piece of 1/2” ply as a standoff so the battery isn’t resting on the lip of the tray. For lateral security I put some Velcro between the wood and battery. It’s very secure. Finally got my driver side battery tray and installed it yesterdayView attachment 374065

How are you securing them on the other side?Start of my new roof rack for the rtt. 3/16"×3" steel, pads are 3x6View attachment 376452View attachment 376453
5/16" stainless button heads with 1-1/4" fenders and nylocks on the bottomHow are you securing them on the other side?
I have an alpha roof top tent going on the rack. It is huge if i hit the spoiler with that on top im going to be in troubleVery nice. I did mine much the same, but with 4x4 plates using 4 5/16 stainless screws and Rivnuts using heavy backer washers inside. I ordered 1/8" silicone sheet to make the gaskets with.
And here's another related thought. I've never run a Sub before, but I hear that the rear defectors are very nice to have to reduce the dust collection on the back glass. And I see you have one like mine did. But they are frail little things, and little more than a twig will likely remove it. So, I incorporated a steel deflector based on the OEM unit (size/angle/position) with my roof rails. If I don't get stupid with it, it should handle anything I'm comfortable with sliding under with no damage. Good luck!

Its their full dash. I had to trim around the openings for the defroster vents and i think theres some to trimming to do around the gauges to get it to set down betterLooks good. Is that one of the hard plastic cover shells, or a full replacement soft vinyl dash? Looks like a full dash, but didn't expect that would need trimming to fit.
Of course, I don't know anything about such things. I'm far too cheap to pay for a full dash, and most likely to throw a rug on my AZ baked and broken dash.
