1989 Full Convertible Project Done!!!!!!

Well ladies and gentlemen I now have a full 89 conv. This was a fun project I could not have done it without the help and great fab skills of Randy72 . It is a lot more work than I thought it would be. It can be done if you have the time and the tools . The article on this site really helped. Have to thank bajablazer for that. Pretty much followed his article. Took lots of pics hope to have them up tomorrow. Let the questions begin.

My truck gets 10 mpg in town and my van gets 13 mpg: gas is $2.15 here today.

Yup , someone finally came and got them . And someone actually had the use for them

i got my use out of them they went from mint 74 doors to beat in a month

Parts of the doors are now being used. We all got use out of them. Hope to get it painted and install my 3/4 ton axles. Randy is the guy in most the pics as you can see. If any of you guys need help locally. I can get you in touch with him. Randy made templates from the doors and can fab up the parts for the doors. All you really need is a windshield frame and top. I put the top on last night and it fit like a glove.
