At this point I have always retained the bench seats in my regular cabs but I have the the parts to do it if I want.

I have converted many crew cabs and bench seat burbs to buckets using factory brackets.

Some of us want the stock seats , I am not a fan of seats swaps they never look right or match the rest of the interior.

I’m not sure if you have tried those procar seats , but we have up here in a few of the different rigs and they don’t hold up . Might be fine for a 5’-9” 165 lbs guy but if you are 6ft 200+ you might want to consider something else. They are uncomfortable and they break easily.

No, I haven't actually bought them. Just know they exist and they have alot of good reviews on different sites. But your saying the seat frames aren't very good?

Yes , total seat frame failure. I only know one guy with the low backs and he has them in his Airboat . No issues from them but uncomfortable as all get out .

The other seats they make with the high bolsters were very popular when they first came out seems like everyone bought a set .

But the padding broke down quickly on all of them and few of them just broke the seat backs clean off . I have also seen one that didn’t break , but bent to the side really badly .

To be fair these were all big guys . But all have them have gone to stock seats or good suspension type seats like PRP ,

Huh, I had been thinking about getting a set for my 76 sidestep I'm a big guy, but that truck isn't going to see a ton of mileage now I got my chevelle and a kid to haul. I might still give them a shot for the price and the fact it will probably only see 2500 miles a year or less.
I still would rather find a set of factory A body buckets for it though, so I'm torn.
 
my stock sliders with 1"x1" square tube frame and tabs to bolt seats to and center console.

works great and lifts it up a little for better leg angle for my long legs .

seats are early to mid 2000 chevy venture van 2nd row with full recline ( std cab cant do this ) and built in 2 cup holder on right side of driver seat . 2 arm rests per seat . fold down flat for work tray and cup holders in the back of them . firm foam and small side bolsters fit me nice .

Venture van 2nd row seats are a good choice, helped a friend find some to stick in their service truck. Think they were $35 at the salvage yard and no tools to remove

I am always a fan of OEM parts if I can get em.

So burb bucket brackets and bolt em down and then the front weld on bracket?

Next, what are these pickup bucket seat brackets worth nowadays?

Yes you will need the front inner weld on seat bracket from a burb, Or the regular cab bucket inner weld on mount as it is the same .

For the seat brackets themselves, they are rare but like Beags said you can modify the burb ones to fit a regular cab. So they are not super high end valuable
 
I always wanted to see if the gmt400 sliders would work without the seat risers. I pulled a set out to try but I haven't gotten to it yet. It would be an easier way to do it if it works as gmt400s are easier to find in the yard these days.
