No, this is just going to get some strap to replace the strength I cut out. It's for the balancer to fit because this thing is too long. You going to pull that front crossmember and fab up a nice tube custom one? Or what's the plan there?

Had to work on the dodge A/c today at Ryan's house. While I was there, I took some of the day to install the hydraulic pedals, manual tilt column, and cut out the crossmember. 3 things off the list this month. Not bad.

I almost regretted selling all five of my crew cabs but I have one I will be building, and it's the best one so far so no real regret. Not sure how I’ve never read through this thread, but just read the whole thing. So awesome. I really regret selling my ‘90 v30 crew cab now.
FWIW, my 89 crewcab was mechanical but just had a 5 digit odometer.I think 89 had the only year 6 digit mechanical speedometer and then 90-91 were electronic speedometer. You can get mechanical 6 digit from big trucks nos still pretty easy. Those clusters had this combo tach and fuel gauge, but 30 and down only got the large tach with small lower left fuel gauge.
This is the on purpose k30, those are for the other one.
Probably would be easier to mock frame first. Then lower the cab down.I also was thinking they are also like cab off trucks and maybe rusty or something?

Thats an f700 system with a dodge thermostat housing and rob bonney upper alternator bracket.Need more details on the front accessory drive brackets!
