1991 V3500 CrewCab tranny?

I can shift mine manually and it is still electric shift.

but its not "manually" shifted. sure you're putting the selector where you want it, which will tell the solenoids when to shift it into and out of what gear, but the trans will not shift if the shift solenoids dont tell it to.
