I’m using Evercoat resin. I also have this respirator I’ve been using so I should be fine.

Looks like their Marine is an epoxy resin you should be good there. FG is fun stuff, can do all kinds of exciting stuff w/ it.. But I hate cutting/sanding it. Gets all up in your pores if you're not using longsleeves.
Yeah I’ve been cutting/grinding wearing a full paint suit. But it still manages to make its way into a few pores.
Going to pick these up today. $30
Fiberglass time 
Man, fiberglass work in an 85° shop absolutely sucks. On top of that, the resin hardened in about 15 minutes per quart. That has to be the hardest, fastest, and sweatiest work I have ever done. I had to work quick before the stuff turned into jello.
Got the rear bench done and most of the main floor. Tomorrow morning I will finish up the main flooring and start sanding the front to prep for more glass.
The main floor panels are liquid nailed down and then screwed a couple times to hold them in place. After sitting 30 minutes the floor was already extremely rigid after the floor was secured and glassed.

I’m cramming about 3 mounts worth of work into 3 weeks. Yet I can’t figure out why I’m so tired lol.
I do the same and always try to get 16 hrs of work into about 10-12 hrs. Unfortunately it's all farming and house stuff and all things not related to trucks. Definitely want to mix small batches with the resin as you found out.
I had that problem here in AZ... during the summer. Had to play w/ the mixing ratios and run small batches. started putting less and less hardner in. Only had 1 batch that wouldn't go off so I put it under a hot lamp over night and that did the trick.
Ahhhh, less hardener. I should have thought about it.
If you go too little you'll need to physically add some heat. heat lamps, heat guns ect.
In this heat, you should be able to cut back 30% on hardener to get more application time.
Put in 10 hours on the boat yesterday. Everything is glassed in on the bow minus the floor. Floor is 100% down and secured. All that is left for me this morning to do is glass the floor seams and resin the rest of the floor for water proofing.
Once it dries I’ll be sanding it all down for some marine white paint, then carpet and ready for upholstery on the 15th. So close I can taste it...or is that the resin in my mouth...

95% done with fiberglass. All that’s left is some stronger woven material over the seat boxes and the glass and resin will be done. After that it’s time to sand it all and throw some marine paint down before carpet.
Are you just scuffing for the paint to adhere?
To remove imperfections and to paint.
Putting the done stamp on fiberglass. Going to sand the entire boat, then a final coat of resin to even things out.
