1st failed injector pro flo 4

I have an early proflo unit, proflo 1 maybe
It has full size injectors.

ok i lied it is not firing on cylinder # 8 , put a heat gun to it and 83 deg when the rest is
454. after a new injector it should be working. crap

Have spark? If so, maybe that injector lead needs checked

I am looking for my spark checker from harbor freight and then see If my friend will loan me a noid light

Spark checker is easy if you have the plug out.

Id think that plug would be wet if it was dead, and dry if the injector is dead
While
Youre in there, check the plug wire order and the driver wire order

It has spark , and diag mode in pro flo 4 says injector 8 red.

Can I check the lead to injector without a noid light? Maybe my fluke muli-meter?

Yes a meter should catch it, use the min/max so it reads it.
Light in the ecu suggests it knows power is t going to that one. Do you have it shut off in test mode?

got one of these and the injector I took out was clogged but this cheap kit worked way better than expected.
get a can of carb cleaner plug injector into white adapter and hang on to it tap on the neg to battery and after 3 taps it sprayed. 8 taps in total and beautiful spray so I will swap the old on back in and go from there.

Edelbrock is kind of lacking "i don't know" "check all your connection"

well it is a cut wire next to the main harness that leads to injectors
dont know how it was cut but it is and it is close to the connector

I already got one, going to se if I can get heat shrink local with the glue in it.

cool beans , i nicked an o-ring for the injector and now i cant find right size
