1st failed injector pro flo 4

cool beans , i nicked an o-ring for the injector and now i cant find right size

Same as an L29
I have the part number in my Camaro thread, if it’s not above

PM if you don’t find it, driving at the moment

Thanks i found the dimensions from summit site (calling em was "i dont know")
and oreilys had cometic gasket c15383 that are the same dimension.
will know tomorrow it has turned really cold again as soon as the sun went down

Well for the life of me I can’t find where i posted it, but the number was in here

It is the same injector o ring GM used on everything that was multi port injected from 95 up.
They were cometic, 8 pack is what i bought

Why not swap 2 injectors to see if the problem follows? Could be wiring or an ECM issue.

well it is a cut wire next to the main harness that leads to injectors

Man, if only there was some forum where you could get help troubleshooting...

This time it seams to not leak fuel. I took the injectors stuck them in the fuel rail first then the manifold and its not leaking fuel.
Hot min we shall see if it starts like it is supposed to....

Was not leaking when I first started it went for a rid was not leaking ,but went for another ride and boom fuel leak

Did you put oil or grease on them first? Never had one leak that wasn’t cut

I used royal purple assembly lube last time and still nicked an o-ring.
This time I just used oil and it seams to hold at the moment.

For future reference the o-ring is the same as a 1999 c5 corvette, at least that's what we looked up then checked em with a caliper.

And it didnt leak after it got cold and heated up ,cool one less thing to deal with
