not on private land owned by an indivisual, but here the gov. sells public land to the logging co. In that case ,yes I wheel wherever the hell I want.

guys, this should be a whole different topic. im sure different staets are more liberal than others, so lets leave it that

yes , but I will say most of the logging co.s are really cool about it as long as you dont cut any trees
