Wondering would it be worth it to tie in my old compressor tank which is 60 gallons to a new 60 gallon 2 stage compressor? Wondering pros or cons both ways.

I have a 80 gal on my unit and just got to plumb in the 2nd 60 gal tank.
helps with big draw cfm . but also longer recovery times for compressor.
guys that do it tend to valve the line for non needed times 2nd tank is off.
