Buckets. So today’s project was going to be pulling the front bench seat out, then pulling the carpet to inspect for more rust. After that I was going to swap in the buckets and center console, but as I drove into the driveway I had this feeling of regret for pulling the bench seat. I like the idea of both seat options, but I cannot figure out what route to go now.
Can I hear some opinions on either option?
Buckets give you more room for center console stuff, light switchs, cb, gauges, general storage, etc. After I posted that, I remembered that my bench is torn, and the buckets are not. So the buckets are nicer. Plus side, the plug for the electric seats is still there. So that’s a win/win.
Only downside is the center console Getting in the way of shifting the transfer case Lev..e..r.........waaiiit....scratch that..... nevermind......Well it’s done. Waiting for the wife to see it, I might have to put it back lol.
