Looking forward to this one, I enjoy your projects and happen to know what this one is.

Someone already guessed it!
I'm going to SAS my '04.5 LLY ZF 6 speed Duramax king cab short bed.
Brown santa dropped off a bunch of boxes yesterday and I had to post up.
I've got my wheels ordered:

Once they get in I'll order my tires (35/12.5R17):

Shawn (AKA SuperSize75K5) is sourcing me a low milage Superduty front axle with 4.10 gears. The gears, install kit and ARB are for the AAM 11.5 in the rear.
I'm trying to decide on bumpers, right now I'm leaning towards the Hammerhead bumpers (the front one will actually have 2 square lights per side, not the round light):

If you guys have an opinion on bumpers I'd like to hear it. But I want to get them ordered this week since it's probably a 4-6 week lead time on them.

Going to convert the superduty 60 to 8x6.5 or the 11.5 to 8x170?
