I have to bump the price on the shipping for the 6 inch straps. Just cant fit them in the flat rate boxes. 
And, I just cant eat the differnce in the shipping anymore for them.

No, I am personally not making them. I leave that to the experts. These straps went through testing and whole ordeal before they were even approved to be allowed to be sold to me.
I get them from a company that has been making them, along with hundreds of other products for decades here in metro Detroit.
if i wanted a end added to the strap before sealed at the end if this possible ?

But, I doubt I can do something, only because it would have to go through their testing labs and also their insurance/lawyers.
Is the tree saver a stretchy strap or static? I keep wanting to order one but I keep having to fix little things on the trail rig but need something before SoDak and Mohab.
