that steering arm is a bitch...i tried pulllin one off a wrecked 10b...drug it around the yard with my truck ,ran it over, hit it with the bobcat...BFH, ox torch was outa gas so i didnt get ot use taht 
i finally gave up and sent it along with the axle to teh scrapyard...have fun

no I didn't quite finish the front...I have h.w. that I have to get done for tomorrow so I needed to come inside (that and I can't stop coughing).
The new steering arm is on...the axle is up on jack stands all lined up and I have everything to bolt it in place...
Oh what did suck up more time was that once I dropped the old axle I broke the passenger side front centering pin...so I had to replace that (good thing I bought a bunch of them when I bought the one for the rear...)
So that's all for now...I'll keep you all posted as to what happens tomorrow.

Man, this thread really had me on the floor laughing my ass off. Thanks to your "expertise" Avery! A lot of these simple tasks can be done in a matter of minutes, if not seconds, and you'd be saving money for other items you need. This thread is a riot!!!

I really am paying attention and learning from your mistakes (no offense). Because I'll be doing this very soon. But this is basically the lounge of the garage... kinda like a lobby. Some body let fumes and UYB know that it's safe to come over.
