I couldn't find one anywhere for this specific throttle body which is based on a 4500 bolt pattern but a different butterfly spacing. This is just a PLA prototype that I will test fit, later I will try the real material. But first I will run some torque tests between PPA-CF and PPS-CF.
Is is that Raptor Model? That's what I would get if I was getting a creality one. It has IR and blue laser.

That was the simpler design I saw before making mine. I added a lot to the idea, but they are very different.
